What is a Will?
Although the law recognises a person's right to choose who will inherit his or her property, there are often very good reasons why a will should be contested
and family members may often contest a will that is unfair.
A Will is a legal document which will as far as possible ensure that your assets are distributed according to your wishes after you die.
Any person 18 years or older or under 18 if married and of sound mind can make a Will.
